Whether it’s a career you are desiring or just a hobby, you are invited to join author Kathy Nickerson and the HCC Writers Guild for their monthly meeting on Monday, August 4th, 6:30 pm at the Solid Rock Cafe. You’re welcome to come and just sit in, or bring along five copies of something you’ve been working on (in manuscript form).
Saturday is move-in day! All students that are attending HCC this fall and living in HCC housing should plan to move in on Saturday, August 9th. Please contact the HCC Office to provide an estimated arrival time so someone is available to greet you and show you to your room.
Also Saturday is the Annual HCC Family Picnic! Students and their families are invited to this picnic with HCC faculty and staff. Please contact Jennie in the HCC Office to provide the number of those in your family that will be attending the picnic (including yourself) if you have not already done so. 660-284-4800
